Rather, we draw on the collective expertise and streamlined logistics of our suppliers to deliver our customers the latest products directly from our supplier’s warehouses with the most updated pricing.

Up to the Minute Pricing

Florida Micro’s advanced systems poll each of its suppliers daily to offer its customers the most accurate and updated pricing. Any quotes you receive reflect the latest, most competitive pricing available in the marketplace.

Only the Latest Products
One of the most difficult issues facing IT purchasers is the continual release of new products. In an increasingly competitive marketplace, manufacturers are driven to release products with new features, often at a comparable or lower price then the previous version(s). Florida Micro leverages the efficiencies that result from this by not purchasing inventory. We don’t have the financial exposure of carrying inventory, “turning over” existing products or owning and operating the costly warehouses. Instead we pass the cost savings directly to our customers.

Warehouse Locations
Florida Micro ships from over 20 warehouses, strategically located across the United States. Transparent to the customer placing the order, our systems will identify our supplier’s closest warehouse to your designated ship-to address, and route the order to ship accordingly. Overnight shipments can often be made at ground rates from the closest warehouses. Two-day delivery is available from several additional warehouses, also at ground rates. If a product is not in stock, your Account Manager can source the product through an alternate warehouse/supplier.

Product Fill-Rates / Availability
While having multiple warehouses close enough to deliver in a day insures quick delivery at the lowest cost, the true measures of a quality supplier are Product Availability and Order Accuracy. This is what sets Florida Micro apart from other resellers. Our network of suppliers boast an order fill rate upwards of 95% and order accuracy of 99%. These statistics rank among the highest in the industry. Customers who place orders by 5:00pm EST enjoy same-day shipping on most orders. The result is that you get the right product, at the right price, at the right time.
